Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is seeking a Brand Specialist to manage key vendor partners, focusing on account management, marketing initiatives, and operational aspects. The role requires proficiency in Spanish, Excel, and data analysis to drive vendor performance and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners.
  • Partner with the Retail Category Team to build communication channels and set expectations.
  • Build and execute joint business plans to achieve key business opportunities and KPIs.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on vendor issues and publish recommendations.
  • Conduct regular WBRs and MBRs with vendors, highlighting business metric performance and building action plans.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales, account management, or digital advertising and client-facing roles experience.
  • Spanish language certification: Minimum B2/B2.2.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts.
  • Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms.
