Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is looking for a French-speaking Brand Specialist to manage key vendor relationships, drive business growth through marketing campaigns, and analyze operational performance. This role focuses on optimizing vendor product lines and ensuring a great customer experience on Amazon.

Responsibilities

Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners.
Partner with the Retail Category Team, build communication channels, and manage vendor growth plans.
Build and execute joint business plans to achieve key business opportunities and KPIs.
Conduct deep-dive analysis on vendor issues and propose action plans.
Conduct regular WBRs and MBRs with vendors, highlighting performance and building action plans.

Requirements

B2.2 certification in French language
2+ years of digital advertising, account management, or client-facing roles experience
Experience with Excel

Desired Qualifications

Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts
Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
MBA or Master's degree
