Atlas Copco is seeking a BI Developer to design and develop reports and dashboards, advise on data model architecture, and collaborate with stakeholders to create end-to-end data products for their Service Division. This hybrid role emphasizes on-the-job training and offers a supportive, international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new reports and dashboards.
  • Advise on data model design and architecture.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data products.
  • Own data products supporting Operations and Technical Support departments.
  • Define the purpose, roadmap, and delivery of data products, from data pipelines to final dashboards.
  • Ensure business needs are translated into impactful and user-friendly data solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • 3–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence tools/principles and dimensional modelling.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms and documentation practices.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies or product ownership principles.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with PowerBI (though not mandatory as most BI tools share similar concepts).
  • Experience with Data Engineering principles, SQL, Spark and Python is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Azure tools (e.g., Databricks) is a plus.
  • Interested in modern technologies, AI usage to improve efficiency and industrial data contexts.
