- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble tools, ensuring full functionality after service.
- Order and track parts needed to complete repairs in a timely manner.
- Communicate directly with customers to gather details and provide status updates.
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
- Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, precise work.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- High school diploma or GED.
