Responsibilities
- Watch hundreds of videos per shift to audit stowing actions.
- Verify or mark product locations using provided tools with high accuracy and speed.
- Ensure 6.8 to 7 hours of active video answering time per day.
- Work within a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts, including potential night shifts.
- Maintain a dedicated workspace if working from home.
- Participate in virtual meetings with laptop camera ON.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a 6-month contract duration.
- Ability to audit image, video, and text-based jobs.
- High level of attention and focus to identify details from blurry or less sharp videos.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Exceptional team player with remote team experience.
- Readiness to come to the office for a few days when required (for remote associates).
- Willingness to switch ON laptop camera during virtual meetings.
