Responsibilities
- Watch hundreds of videos in a shift to audit stowing actions.
- Indicate activity captured in videos using human judgment and tools.
- Verify or mark the location of products with high accuracy and speed.
- Aid in defect reduction and maintain fulfillment center stow quality.
- Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts and 9-hour workdays, including breaks.
- Provide responses by following goals on accuracy, speed, and acceptable practices.
Requirements
- Willingness to work in a Non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
- Ability to audit image, video, and text-based jobs.
- Ability to identify details from blurry or less sharp videos.
- High level of attention and focus on screen.
- Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity.
- Fast pace of implementation and consistent performance.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and remote teams.
- Readiness to come to the office for a few days when required (for remote associates).
- Willingness to switch ON laptop camera during virtual meetings.

- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
