Ericsson is seeking an Assistant to support the Head of Group Supply MNEA in Nanjing, China. This full-time, on-site role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings and governance activities, preparing documentation, and acting as a liaison between various teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent English and Chinese language abilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Head of Group Supply MNEA’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements and key engagements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing materials, minutes and action logs.
- Coordinate leadership team meetings, business reviews, workshops and other governance forums.
- Track decisions, actions, deadlines and follow-ups, and ensure timely escalation of open items.
- Collect, structure and consolidate information from different functions and stakeholders.
- Support preparation of business updates, management communication and organizational announcements.
- Act as a coordination interface with Group Supply leadership, functional teams, Market Areas, customers and other internal stakeholders.
- Maintain relevant files, documentation, contact lists and collaboration spaces in accordance with Ericsson ways of working.
- Support planning and execution of events, leadership visits, team activities and other organizational initiatives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with appropriate discretion and integrity.
- Identify opportunities to simplify routines, improve coordination and increase efficiency in leadership support.
- Contribute to other assignments and improvement activities within Group Supply as required.
Requirements
- Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in business administration, management support, supply chain, communications or a related field.
- Experience in an assistant, coordinator, project support or business operations role, preferably in an international organization.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and coordinating meetings, governance routines and cross-functional activities.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese proficiency is required for the local business environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with confidential information and handling multiple priorities is an advantage.
- Experience from a technology, telecommunications, supply chain or multinational company is an advantage.
