Responsibilities
- Fulfill technical solution delivery and provide sales support to end-customers and distributors.
- Analyze customer technical needs and pain-points to improve production efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and manage sales pipelines in CRM system (Dynamics 365).
- Provide market information on customers and competitors in CRM system (Dynamics 365).
- Act as an ambassador for new ways of working and future technology.
- Build relationships with customers in production and production management.
- Deliver expertise in technical products and application solutions.
- Coordinate interactions between technical and commercial departments.
- Prepare integrated solutions for customers, including offers (e.g., TINA).
- Develop and deliver training to external partners, customers, and internal employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Develop test applications for modules and customer-specific components.
- Document product and service performance through PA reports.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems design engineers.
- Monitor competitor landscape and alternative solutions.
- Support customers with CAD/CAM programs, time studies, and proofs of concept.
- Execute activities in accordance with Quality Management System and Sales & Marketing Playbook.
- Process internal documents and follow internal rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or economics, or equivalent experience.
- Preferably five to seven years of experience with engineering cutting tools skills.
- Deep knowledge in relevant applications.
- Proven track record in delivering very good business results.
- Project management knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge and experience of managing external and internal customer relationships.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CRM system “Dynamics 365”
- Experience with Virtual Gibbs, MasterCam
- Experience with TINA offers
