Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on segment strategies for N2 and O2 generator markets.
  • Provide sales teams with insights on business opportunities, market growth, competitive strategies, and technical solutions.
  • Monitor economic and industry trends to anticipate market shifts and advise on business responses.
  • Propose innovative technical approaches for customer solutions based on product applications and client requirements.
  • Work with digital and marketing teams to enhance outreach and optimize the sales process.
  • Analyze the segment’s business landscape, including clients, market structure, trends, and application demands.
  • Review and assess business development strategies, recommending actions to align with growth targets.
  • Deliver training sessions to sales teams on technical knowledge and tools.
  • Report insights to the Industrial Gases Business Development Manager and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • University degree or above, preferably in science or engineering.
  • More than two years of professional experience in product management or sales within machinery industries.
  • Proven expertise in air separation technologies, nitrogen or oxygen generator systems, or air compressors is preferred.
  • Fluent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated skills in influencing, negotiating, and delivering engaging presentations.
  • Strong abilities in market research, competitive benchmarking, opportunity mapping, and market analysis.
  • Proactive mindset, self-motivation, and adaptability.
  • Customer-centric approach fostering lasting relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Desired Qualifications

  • Preference will be given to candidates with proven expertise in air separation technologies, nitrogen or oxygen generator systems, or air compressors.
