Analyst Month - End Closing, Finance and SCM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Record-to-Report (R2R) Associate with 4-6 years of experience to manage financial records, support month-end/year-end closing processes, and perform account reconciliations. This role requires proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and post standard and ad-hoc journal entries.
Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations and accruals.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
Perform periodic reconciliations of general ledger accounts (bank, intercompany, balance sheet).
Support initiatives to automate and streamline R2R processes.
Assist auditors by providing required documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
4–6 years of experience in record-to-report functions, ideally within a shared services environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, or equivalent).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication skills.
Knowledge of internal controls, audit processes, and relevant accounting standards.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with Balance Sheet Reconciliation tools (e.g. Blackline, Cadency etc).
Familiarity with workflow tools (JIRA etc).
