Analyst Month - End Closing, Finance and SCM

Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing, preparing journal entries, and Balance Sheet reconciliations. This role requires familiarity with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries like accrual and prepaid.
Ensure daily bank posting and monthly bank reconciliation.
Track BS open items and ensure timely closure.
Assist in preparing financial statements.
Work closely with AR/AP teams.
Utilize MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

Requirements

Proficient in accounting principles and practices related to month-end closing and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Desired Qualifications

Relevant certifications in Accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA) are optional but valuable.
