Tetra Pak seeks an Analyst II in Pune, India, to support daily Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) operations and live sites via ServiceNow. The role involves solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement projects, managing all aspects of OTM transport functionality and system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) service operations to ensure delivery according to service definition.
- Support live sites through ServiceNow.
- Bring strong solutioning capability, innovation, and detailed knowledge of IT solutions within the subject area.
- Manage all aspects of transport functionality of OTM: Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Freight Bill & Payments, Supply Chain Visibility, and Event Management.
- Set up required interfaces between OTM and SAP ECC via SAP Middleware PI PO, Geodis, P44, and Fourkites.
- Complete and manage work packages in accordance with work plans, quality standards, and timeframes.
- Structure and address requirements using Templates & Frameworks as well as generic product functionality.
- Work on transport project solution work packages or change requests with Agile or Waterfall Projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in OTM techno-functional roles.
- Hands-on experience in OTM configuration across key transportation modules and OTM master data.
- Strong understanding of OTM transportation planning, execution, visibility, and freight payment processes.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations, including SAP ECC/S4HANA, PI/PO, Project44 (P44), FourKites, and Geodis.
- Experience in 3-5 full life cycle OTM implementations, with at least one implementation following Agile or DevOps methodologies.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively support global stakeholders.
