Responsibilities
- Reviewing SerDes standards and developing analog sub-block specs
- Designing and optimizing high-speed analog circuits
- Proposing and executing verification strategies
- Collaborating with layout and digital teams
- Presenting simulation results to peers and customers
- Mentoring junior engineers and documenting designs
Requirements
- 8+ years’ CMOS analog/mixed-signal design experience (MASc/PhD/Bachelor’s + exp.)
- Expertise in transistor-level design and SerDes circuits
- Hands-on with FinFET layout optimization
- Proficiency with SPICE simulators, EDA tools, and scripting (Python, TCL, etc.)
- Knowledge of reliability and ESD design techniques
