Autoliv busca un AMG Supervisor en Aguascalientes para gestionar los recursos de producción (personal, equipo, materiales) y asegurar los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, entrega y costo. El rol requiere un título de ingeniería y experiencia en producción o calidad con conocimientos de metodologías como IATF 16949, TPM, Six Sigma y JIT.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure production targets are achieved in terms of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Lead and supervise manufacturing teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on efficiency, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
Implement, maintain, and monitor operational standards and procedures to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
Develop, coach, and support team members to achieve departmental goals, strengthen technical capabilities, and promote effective teamwork and communication.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and new product launch activities, ensuring successful start-up execution and achievement of performance targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality and/or Production within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, TPM, APS, Six Sigma, JIT methodologies, and conflict resolution practices.
Proven leadership and management skills, with experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in cross-functional teams and apply quality and cost-control techniques to optimize manufacturing performance.
