Vi söker en erfaren AI in RAN System Developer för att tillämpa maskininlärning och avancerad analys för att lösa verkliga telekomutmaningar inom Radio Access Networks (RAN). Du kommer att arbeta med branschens mest avancerade RAN-teknologier och bidra till utvecklingen av AI-native nätverk, med fokus på optimering av nätverksprestanda och användarupplevelse.

Responsibilities

Drive system design of AI/ML-enabled RAN functions and algorithms for real-time execution.
Analyze data to improve network efficiency, latency, throughput, capacity, reliability, and user experience.
Design experiments and validation methodologies for AI-driven solutions.
Evaluate technical and business problems to determine the value of machine learning.
Integrate AI solutions into existing RAN products and software platforms.
Optimize AI models for deployment within finite resource budgets.
Contribute to the evolution of AI methodologies and best practices for RAN products.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Telecommunications, or related field.
Strong Machine Learning fundamentals (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, feature engineering, model training, validation, statistical analysis).
Experience with resource-constrained systems and designing models for finite CPU, memory, power, and latency budgets.
Understanding of inference optimization, model compression, quantization, pruning, and acceleration techniques.
Strong software engineering skills in modern C++ and Python for AI.
Understanding of telecom and RAN systems (scheduling, mobility, link adaptation, RRM algorithms, O&M, performance management).
