Responsibilities
- Operate at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, RTL Design, Design Verification, Engineering Methodology, and Infrastructure and Automation.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies consuming engineering time through innovation, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Develop solutions to accelerate RTL development and review, simplify verification environment creation, reduce debug turnaround time, surface actionable insights from engineering datasets, improve methodology adoption, and increase engineering productivity.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and experiment with AI capabilities to transform ideas into production-quality solutions.
- Develop intelligent workflows that augment design and verification engineers.
- Leverage agentic systems, large language models, and advanced analytics.
- Define the next generation of RTL and verification methodologies by integrating AI.
- Transform how teams write code, review designs, analyze results, debug failures, and learn from data.
- Build scalable systems, services, and frameworks.
- Create durable platforms foundational to engineering processes.
- Drive solutions that scale across teams, programs, and geographies.
- Multiply the impact of entire engineering organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
- OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
- OR PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
