Amazon is seeking an Account Health Support (AHS) Specialist for its Hyderabad, India office. This role involves acting as the primary interface between Amazon and third-party sellers, providing world-class support via phone and email in English and Italian. The position requires flexibility with rotational shifts and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface between Amazon and third-party business partners (Sellers).
  • Provide world-class support to Sellers on the Amazon platform.
  • Predict Seller needs and provide solutions to help them better serve customers.
  • Engage in frequent written and verbal communication with Sellers, management, and other associates.
  • Interact with third-party Sellers by phone and email to coach and assist with account health topics.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone contacts, dedicating up to 80% of the day to this.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Sellers.
  • Escalate Sellers' issues appropriately in a contact center environment.
  • Provide timely and accurate operational support to Sellers.
  • Address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, and develop internal documentation.
  • Adhere to service level agreements for phone and/or email cases.

Requirements

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English and Italian.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
