As an AHS Specialist in Account Health Support, you will be the main point of contact for Amazon's third-party sellers, providing world-class support in English and German. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between Amazon and third-party business partners (Sellers).
- Provide world-class support to Sellers on the Amazon platform.
- Predict Seller needs and provide solutions to help partners better serve customers.
- Manage the end-to-end compliance journey of assigned sellers under the AHS Dedicated Support model.
- Drive completion across multiple legislations by providing clear guidance, proactive outreach, and consistent follow-up.
- Provide timely and accurate operational support to Sellers.
- Address chronic system issues.
- Provide process improvements.
- Develop internal documentation.
- Contribute to a team environment.
- Adhere to service level agreements for phone and/or email cases.
Requirements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in German.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
