The Advocacy Operations Associate will support a fast-paced operational environment, resolving scenarios impacting the delivery partner experience for Amazon Flex. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage work plans and priorities, and adherence to SOPs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

Follows SOP or manager's instructions and ensures tasks are quality compliant.
Contributes to project improvement ideas.
Gives timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks with guidance.
Proactively raises issues/alarms to manager or stakeholders.
Meets business metrics and goals, including SLA, productivity targets, and quality benchmarks.
Maintains records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
Supports Amazon Flex by monitoring and performing operational work.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
