Responsibilities

Provide Technical Support for SCCM/SMS by resolving escalated tickets and conducting root cause analysis.
Maintain and manage client lifecycle management processes using Intune and MS Enterprise Mobility Suite.
Update and manage the Knowledge Base by documenting solutions and troubleshooting steps.
Train and coach junior analysts on best practices and operational procedures in SCCM/SMS.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and service metrics to improve customer experience.

Requirements

Proficient in SCCM/SMS with a solid understanding of client lifecycle management and directory services.
Familiarity with MS Enterprise Mobility Suite and Intune for client management and deployment.
Strong analytical skills for conducting root cause analysis and resolving technical issues.
Excellent communication skills for training and customer interactions.

Desired Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Optional but valuable)
ITIL Foundation Certification (Optional but valuable)
