The IaaS Azure Administrator in Hyderabad will independently resolve technical tickets using Azure and Terraform, provide on-call support, and conduct root cause analyses. This role also involves contributing to knowledge management and training to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

Resolve technical support tickets independently using IaaS Azure and Terraform, adhering to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and SLAs.
Provide on-call support for escalated issues, performing root cause analysis using Azure Kubernetes and Windows Azure PaaS.
Update and manage knowledge bases, conduct training sessions for new hires, and coach analysts.
Ensure a positive customer experience by achieving first call resolution metrics and minimizing case reopens.
Monitor and maintain the performance of Azure IaaS environments, implementing best practices and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

Proficient in IaaS on Azure.
Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
Strong understanding of Azure Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of Windows Azure PaaS.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
Ability to analyze issues and implement effective resolutions independently.

Desired Qualifications

Optional: Azure Administrator Certification.
Optional: Terraform Associate Certification.
