Responsibilities

  • Provide direct face-to-face customer support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
  • Offer walk-up and Deskside support for a given coverage area.
  • Respond to user inquiries regarding hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Set up equipment, including installing cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Assist users with software and hardware installation.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting.
  • Document technical issues and solutions.
  • Install software updates and patches.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate support to increase client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS is a must.
  • Familiarity with office products, computer peripherals, network security practices, and anti-virus programs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide clear instructions.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • ITIL certification or knowledge.

Desired Qualifications

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
