Responsibilities

  • Support accounts receivable transactions including customer invoices, advances, account reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Handle internal trade payments, cash application, retentions, and deductions.
  • Perform activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Provide support to internal business units via phone, email, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with other teams on continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, transparency, and standardization.

Requirements

  • Immersed in financial operations and comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Over 6 months of experience in the financial area, preferably in Accounts Receivable or Finance Shared Services for a global company.
  • Degree in or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant financial discipline.
  • Proficient in business English communication.
  • Highly adept in Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Excel.
  • Passionate about customer service orientation and team collaboration.
