Responsibilities
- Train and evaluate AI models for design optimization.
- Compare AI performance against traditional DOE and adjoint-based optimization.
- Optimize a fan installation using geometric deep learning in PhysicsAI.
- Evaluate the methodology and performance of the fan installation.
- Run CFD simulations through STAR-CCM+.
- Work in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Utilize high-performance computing clusters.
Requirements
- Final year pursuing a master's degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
- Specialization in Fluid Dynamics.
- Experience with computer cluster environments and Linux interface.
- Experience with unsteady state simulations.
- Exposure to scripting simulation workflow.
- Genuine interest in CFD.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge in STAR-CCM+ is beneficial.
- Knowledge in Python is beneficial.
