Responsibilities

Research, design, develop, simulate, and/or validate systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions.
Ensure system-level requirements and standards are met.
Perform functional analysis to drive requirements and specifications.
Develop and analyze system-level design, including requirements, interface definition, and functional/performance definition.
Implement and test features, and verify the accuracy of systems.
Develop new and innovative ideas for products or features.
Drive triage of system-level problems to determine root cause and present testing/debugging results.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with 4G/5G/6G systems and associated cellular standards (e.g., 3GPP NR, LTE, 3G) is preferred.
Experience working in a large matrixed organization is preferred.
Experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership is preferred.

Desired Qualifications

Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field is preferred.
4+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience is preferred.
2+ years of 4G/5G/6G systems and associated cellular standards (e.g., 3GPP NR, LTE, 3G) is preferred.
2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization is preferred.
1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Sr. Staff level and above) is preferred.
