Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and characterize analog and digital test modules for wafer level and final test production.
- Evaluate design specifications into ATE test definitions, collaborating with VLSI teams.
- Apply test definitions into high-quality ATE test modules via coding, debugging, validation, and characterization.
- Provide feedback reports and support mass production ramp.
- Define and design ATE hardware, including Load Boards and Probe Cards.
- Optimize for High-Speed SerDes Testing and analyze component specifications versus performance.
- Work independently with company stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
- Travel to vendor sites within and outside of Israel.
Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in Electrical/Computer engineering or Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of ATE test development experience or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Advantest/Teradyne testers.
- Experience with Pre-si DFT for production definition, pattern generation, conversion, and virtual testing.
- Experience with Post-Si TP characterization and qualification, and bringing TP to production quality.
Desired Qualifications
- Technical prowess in design for test and High-Speed SerDes IPs testability will be an advantage.
- Collaborate with different teams (including VLSI, backend, HW engineering, Quality & Reliability, vendors).
