Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement proactive promotional activities for assigned target audience to create market demand and need for specific features or products.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools.
  • Build long-term customer relationships.
  • Sell products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering, and align to provide a solution.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
  • Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers.
  • Manage administrative procedures in sales processes, and support collection and project management activities when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred)
  • At least 5 years’ sales experience in related industries
  • Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow
  • At least have experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project
  • Strong learning ability
  • Customer orientation
  • Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity
  • Result driven
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be good at team work
