Responsibilities
- Perform monthly account reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and analyze internal financial reports to support business decisions.
- Conduct regular reviews of general ledger and balance sheet transactions.
- Perform job costing analysis and track profitability.
- Maintain fixed asset and inventory records per accounting standards.
- Handle daily cash applications, ACH transactions, and check processing.
- Provide support for ad hoc accounting projects and reporting requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.
- High attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in Office365, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with job costing, fixed assets, and reconciliations preferred.
- Prior experience with NetSuite is a strong plus.
