Senior Systems Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities： Involve in the project quote, products development, changes and transfer: To prepare and check the prototypes required in demo vehicle. To support RFQ activity and prepare related technical proposal. To establish and review the project development plan. To create and tailor product technical document (Product Description, Item Definition, etc.). To lead design review with requirement engineers. To generate requirement analysis and traceability statues report. To define appropriate logic and strategy to ensure design quality and robustness. To establish and review the product test specification. To lead vehicle test including calibration and validation. To present and discuss performances with customer (submit calibration report). To support DV/PV testing. To prepare prototypes for vehicle tests. To support the quality team for the OTS and PPAP delivery. To give the technical support to the other Autoliv sites. To provide technical support and trainings to the OEM. To provide training to junior colleagues about technical knowledges and process. Involve in the failure analysis and customer trouble analysis: To lead technical team to on-site investigate the failure. To organize the root cause analysis activates. To perform and track the actions listed in the action plan. To maintain lesson learned database. Involve in process compliance and improvement: To provide training about system related process. To promote process improvement activates. To ensure ASPICE compliance for defined projects. To support ISO 26262 compliance assessment activities. Knowledge required： Requirement Engineering System Architecture System FMEA Quality tools (checklist, solving problem tools) Multiply Knowledge of Automotive System level function safety activities, include Item definition, HARA, DIA, TSC, SC, etc.
