Key responsibilities

• Under broad direction by HR management or senior HR specialists, drives various aspects of the organisation's compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organisation development and employee relations processes.
• Operates in and is responsible for one/more global processes and performs activities within designated functional area.
• Provides input to the global People strategy.
• Drives or participates in the development and/or implementation of HR processes, policies and solutions in the relevant functional community.
• Drives alignment of operational HR processes and/or solutions.
• Provides professional support to designated target groups within the HR community.
• Provides advisory or direction to people leaders and employees in the organisation.

Educational background

• Extensive relevant work experience (10+ years) combined with vocational or technical education or combination of advanced theoretical knowledge (likely a University Degree) and a few years of relevant practical experience (2-5 years ).
