- Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their salesforce development skills.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of salesforce platform including salesforce apex, visualforce, lightning components, and salesforce declarative tools.
- Proficiency in developing and customizing salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
- Ability to lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and drive project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I are preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II are preferred.
