Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers in the selection of BESS & diesel engines.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues related to BESS & diesel engines.
- Provide technical product training to customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate diesel engine solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements and regulations.
- Lead the group from prototype phase to serial production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field.
- Diploma holders with 3–5 years of relevant experience and similar knowledge will also be considered.
- Knowledge of Battery Energy Storage system &/or engine design and operation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin &/or Bahasa speaking is an added advantage.
- Fresh Degree graduate will be considered.
