Autoliv is looking for a Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations in an automotive manufacturing setting. The role involves managing teams, ensuring production support, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Fluency in Polish and English is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, inventory management, internal material flow, order fulfillment, transportation, and shipping.
- Ensure effective management and control of material and product flows using SAP and LES systems.
- Manage, coach, and develop logistics and warehouse teams.
- Coordinate logistics processes to ensure uninterrupted production support and on-time customer deliveries.
- Oversee inventory management activities, stock accuracy, cycle counting, and annual physical inventories.
- Monitor and drive performance against KPIs, service levels, productivity, quality, and cost targets.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, health & safety requirements, and internal standards.
- Identify operational risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, inventory optimization, and operational excellence.
- Prepare and present operational reports, analyses, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams in an international environment.
Requirements
- 5 years of proven experience in a leadership role within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics and material flow management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, LES, or other warehouse management systems.
- Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and motivating teams.
- Solid knowledge of automotive quality standards, including IATF 16949, and environmental management systems such as ISO 14001.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing operational KPIs and performance metrics.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment.
- Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
