Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage business analysis activities within the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Develop detailed project documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the project team.
  • Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements and provide project updates.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to support project delivery and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in business analysis.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of Business Analysis experience in the Payments domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Cross-Border Payments, SEPA Payments, Payment Processing Lifecycle, Clearing and Settlement, Payment Investigations and Exceptions, Reconciliation Processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 message standards including payment message flows and structures.
  • Strong experience in Impact Analysis, Requirement Elicitation, BRD Creation, FSD Creation, User Story Writing, Feature Mapping, Gap Analysis, Process Mapping, Acceptance Criteria Definition.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in agile methodology and experience working in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects through effective business analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMIPBA (PMIProfessional in Business Analysis).

Desired Qualifications

  • Certification in business analysis or agile methodology is a plus.
