• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (app, data, platform, security) and produce design/runbook deliverables.
• Experience with Azure Database for PostgreSQL (managed) operations (HA, backups, monitoring, private endpoints).
• Experience designing data models for microservices (bounded contexts, schema-per-service, event/outbox patterns).
• Familiarity with regulated/finance-like reconciliation and audit controls.
• Experience with ADF/Synapse pipeline design patterns and governance.
