  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and implement growth initiatives to expand market coverage and customer acquisition.
  • Develop competitive financing solutions and support new product launches.
  • Maximize business growth with a focus on profitability, fee income, and portfolio quality.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer intelligence.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Support strategic initiatives, transformation projects, and process improvement activities.
  • Prepare business cases, sales forecasts, and management reports.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in business development, product development, sales management, marketing, or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, equipment finance, captive finance, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success working closely with OEMs, dealer networks, distributors, and business partners.
  • Fluency in Korean and English are required.
