Responsibilities

  • Work on production planning, optimization and dispatching of Nordic power assets
  • Participate in the day-ahead and seasonal planning processes
  • Bid Nordic assets into SPOT and ancillary service markets (planner desk, 7 days/week coverage 08:00–16:00)
  • Contribute to improving models, tools and automated decision support systems
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance performance and meet evolving market demands

Requirements

  • A relevant university degree
  • Programming and data analysis skills, preferably including Python
  • A strong command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Comfortable working both independently and together with others
  • Building trust and exploring possibilities in an international environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in energy markets is meritorious
  • Experience in production planning, ideally within hydro power
  • Knowledge of models, optimization tools and hydrology (considered an advantage)
