Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process inbound goods and invoices.
- Pick, package, and dispatch outbound goods to Sandvik and Ngezi sites.
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through system transactions and reporting.
- File warehouse records and process documentation for service invoices and receipts.
- Operate a forklift for loading and offloading.
- Maintain 5S housekeeping standards.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Conduct pre-use equipment checks and wear correct PPE.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Stores Management.
- 2+ years of experience in a warehousing or logistics environment.
- Experience with inventory reconciliation and document management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory.
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift Operating Certificate is an added advantage.
