Responsibilities
- Manage care and handling of inventory items, including transactions, cycle counts, shipments, and receipts.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Match receipts to packing slips.
- Pull parts and package them for shipment with attention to detail and quality.
- Stock products upon delivery.
- Perform cycle counts and record all transactions in the ERP system.
- Pull parts for work orders and fulfill shipment requests.
- Enter transactions into the ERP system to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Participate and contribute to improvement efforts through status boards meetings.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving, or materials control.
- Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer focus, agility, and continuous learning ability.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable nature for consistent and reliable performance.
