Responsibilities
- Promote risk management and a risk-aware culture within the unit.
- Develop and implement systems to detect, analyze, and reduce business loss and financial impact.
- Ensure implementation of Ingka Rules and local legislation for a healthy, safe, and secure environment.
- Conduct internal investigations and analyze unit processes to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate the Unit Crisis Management Team for emergency cases and ensure adherence to response rules.
- Act as the single point of contact for authorities on Risk & Compliance matters.
- Coordinate external vendors for proactive risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Security, Risk Management, Health & Safety, or related field.
- Proven track record of creating and maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant work environment.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, leading teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of health, safety, and security legislation, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
- Ability to assess risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience identifying root causes and driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage emergencies and confidential matters.
- Ability to balance strategic business needs with operational security and safety priorities.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to translate KPIs and goals into actionable plans.
- Experience operating risk and compliance verifications within the matrix framework.
- Ability to plan for and facilitate necessary trainings for co-workers and external partners.
- Experience ensuring Crisis Management trainings and ways of working are in place.
- Experience coordinating external vendors and vendor management.
