Responsibilities
- Facilitate flow of information between external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
- Systematically escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
- Communicate findings and variances to goals, including creating weekly narratives and presenting them.
- Provide real-time customer experience by researching internal tools and making real-time decisions.
- Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 12-24 months of work experience
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of Logistics
- Clear written and oral communication
