Responsibilities
- Lead daily transport coordination for safe, compliant, and cost-efficient flows.
- Oversee planning, execution, and follow-up of transport activities.
- Proactively manage deviations and drive structured problem solving with stakeholders and logistics service providers.
- Own the performance agenda through KPIs, daily management routines, and data-driven improvements.
- Act as a supplier manager for carriers and logistics service providers.
- Identify and assess transport and supplier-related risks, maintaining mitigation plans.
- Coach and support coordinators in priorities and decision making.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Purchasing, and Quality.
Requirements
- Experience in transport coordination, logistics operations, or supply chain execution.
- Proven ability to manage daily flows, deviations, and service performance with clear KPIs.
- Experience working with suppliers or logistics service providers, including performance follow-up.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to drive corrective actions cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in English.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Lean principles and structured continuous improvement.
- Exposure to risk management, business continuity planning, or disruption management in logistics.
- Knowledge of international transport flows.
