Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain the ServiceNow Discovery platform.
  • Manage agentless and agent-based discovery configurations.
  • Install, configure and manage ServiceNow MID Servers.
  • Ensure proper integration between Discovery and the ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve discovery-related issues with relevant technical teams.
