- Lead and mentor the project team, promoting transparent communication and fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices in Intune and MS Enterprise Mobility Suite.
- Develop and present tailored solutions leveraging directory services and client lifecycle management to achieve business results.
Requirements
- Proficient in SCCM/SMS with a solid understanding of its application in support operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Intune and MS Enterprise Mobility Suite, particularly in client lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Directory Services and its integration in operational processes.
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Optional but valuable).
- ITIL Foundation Certification (Optional but valuable).
