Accenture is seeking a Total Rewards Senior Analyst in Copenhagen to design and deliver compensation and benefits programs that align with business strategy and support employees. This role involves partnering with HR, payroll, and leadership to provide insights, support annual salary reviews, and identify process improvements, utilizing Workday and advanced Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.
- Partner with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders to provide guidance, insights, and support on reward-related matters.
- Contribute to annual salary review cycles, compensation benchmarking, and off-cycle reward processes.
- Collaborate with payroll and HR operations teams to ensure reward-related inputs are accurate and completed on time.
- Support benefits and reward inquiries by gathering information, analyzing data, and helping identify practical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting, and simplify ways of working.
- Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Nordics & Netherlands Total Rewards team.
- Maintain strong governance, documentation, and attention to detail across recurring and ad hoc activities.
Requirements
- Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, HR Analytics, Finance, HR Operations, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Danish labor legislation, reward practices, and regulatory requirements, or the ability and enthusiasm to quickly develop expertise in these areas.
- Experience working in a multinational or complex organization.
- Experience using Workday or similar HR information systems.
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Readiness to work with AI-enabled tools and an interest in using emerging technology to improve insights, efficiency, and ways of working.
- Flexibility and comfort working in an evolving role whose responsibilities may change dynamically as the company, team, and business needs develop.
- Professional fluency in both Danish and English.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and practical way.
