Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of global Total Rewards processes, including Annual Salary Review and Short-Term Incentive programs.
- Drive rewards-related initiatives and projects such as compensation analysis and market benchmarking.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance efficiency, quality, and employee experience.
- Ensure policies, governance, and controls are in place for compliant rewards delivery.
- Serve as a trusted partner and key point of contact for Total Rewards Operations.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Foster strong collaboration with HR Shared Services and the global HR community.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an engaging and inclusive environment.
- Support talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ensure high-quality execution of core rewards processes and accurate reporting.
- Maintain strong governance and data quality standards.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience within Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or Rewards Operations.
- Previous people management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Experience managing compensation processes, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to lead projects and drive process improvements.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in a global and matrix organization.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
