Responsibilities
- Ensure operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Perform daily work in the assembly shop and coil shop as per schedule.
- Conduct product assembly and operate basic equipment.
- Set up and operate winding machines, spot welding machines, and molding machines.
- Set up and operate automatic testing equipment for both coil and assembly shops.
- Be flexible and rotate responsibilities within the position.
- Adhere to all quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement events like Kaizen.
Requirements
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- 0-2 years of experience in operating Assembly & Testing equipment.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis.
- B.E/B. Tech /Diploma /ITI or any degree.
