We are seeking a Technical Worker experienced in the comprehensive overhaul and repair of mining machinery, specifically anchor tunneling machines and gearboxes. Responsibilities
- Perform complete overhaul operations on anchor tunneling machines and components like gearboxes, according to standards, including disassembly, cleaning, testing, assembly, and debugging.
- Disassemble, clean, and assemble components such as gearboxes, anchor machines, and cylinders.
- Skillfully use pneumatic wrenches, torque wrenches, hydraulic tools, pullers, and specialized disassembly tools to complete disassembly, component assembly, and overall assembly tasks independently.
- Collaborate with technicians to implement overhaul process improvements and report repair challenges.
- Complete overhaul delivery tasks assigned by the workshop.
- Strictly adhere to workshop safety regulations, demonstrate teamwork, follow shift schedules, and accept occasional overtime to complete repair orders.
- Maintain a high level of safety awareness, strictly execute overhaul safety regulations, and avoid non-compliant disassembly.
- Perform work meticulously, prioritize assembly quality, and be responsible for the quality of overhaul deliveries.
- Strictly follow lockout/tagout, depressurization, and safety protection regulations.
- Maintain tools, fixtures, and manage 5S in the workplace.
Requirements
- Aged 25-45 years, in good health, capable of long-term heavy physical disassembly and assembly work.
- Secondary vocational/technical school education, preferably in mechatronics, mining machinery, or engineering machinery (education requirements can be relaxed for candidates with extensive practical experience).
- 1-3 years of mechanical repair experience.
- Experience in repairing mining equipment such as mining vehicles, coal mining machines, or anchor tunneling machines (domestic or international) is preferred.
- Proficient in electric welding and gas cutting.
- Holding a special operation certificate for melting welding and hot cutting is preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Extensive practical experience may lead to a relaxation of educational requirements.
- Experience in repairing domestic or international mining vehicles, coal mining machines, or anchor tunneling machines is preferred.
