Tetra Pak is seeking a motivated Technical Specialist for Networks & Infrastructure with hands-on experience in IT/OT environments across ASEAN. The role involves designing, deploying, and securing IT infrastructure solutions, including virtualization and network segmentation, with a focus on industrial cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design and test IT infrastructure solutions using virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Support deployment of VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V clusters for factory IT/OT workloads.
  • Review and implement network segmentation (VLANs, firewall policies).
  • Support regional DR/BCP plans including backup, restore, and failover testing.
  • Deploy Industrial Cybersecurity Reference Architecture.
  • Coordinate regional incident response preparedness and conduct simulation drills.
  • Review and ensure compliance with regional standards (e.g., DESC, OTCC).
  • Support integration of OT security in local projects.
  • Engage customers on audit and compliance documentation.
  • Deliver cybersecurity awareness and training sessions.
  • Train customer IT/OT teams on secure infrastructure management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and/or cybersecurity roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (VLANs, switching, routing, firewalls).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial automation environments.
  • Experience in backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity planning (BCP).
  • Exposure to incident response processes and security operations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with automation engineers and OT teams.
  • Willingness to travel across ASEAN for project and customer engagement.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial (OT) or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001).
