Responsibilities
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Atlas Copco at the customer site.
- Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and performance checks on torque tools and fastening equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve tooling, fastening, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Conduct repairs and upgrades to enhance equipment productivity and reliability.
- Configure, connect, and troubleshoot Atlas Copco tools and software within the customer's network.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to read and comprehend schematics.
- Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
